Our "Tote-al" Linen Carts feature Slide-out/Fold-down Shelves that support clean linen and then fold down to create a bin for gathering soiled linen. Support Structure Frame Members are mandrill-bent for wrinkle-free bends.
Full-width External Push Handle is fully heli-arc welded to Support Structure Frame Members for strength and easy maneuverability.
Slide-out/Fold-down Shelves feature stainless steel Spokes resistance-welded at each junction for strength within a stainless steel Frame. The entire Shelf is electro-polished for long lasting durability.
Support Structure Frame Members and Chassis are fully heli-arc welded for added strength.
Four 5" or 8" diameter* Poly-Loc-Poly wheels, plate-mounted swivel casters, copper/nickel plated (two with swivel locks). Swivel and Axle bearings have grease fittings and seals. (Other casters are available.)
Frame Rail and Caster Support Rail members are heli-arc welded creating a one-piece frame that insures continuous, true alignment for easy, smooth maneuvering. Frame design prevents any obstruction of water drainage while washing.
Vinyl inserted, total wraparound design bumper is mounted with brackets to provide clearance between the Bumper and Chassis providing adequate drainage. The Bumper prevents damage to facility walls.
Bottom Deck is one-piece creating a smooth, crevice-free surface.
Slide-out/Fold-down Shelf Supports are channel shape for easy Shelf slidability and fully heli-arc welded to Support Structure Frame Members.
3" x 3" Wire Grill Back and Side Panels feature stainless steel Spokes resistance-welded at each junction for strength within a stainless steel Frame. The entire Panel is electro-polished for long lasting durability.
