Construction:
Foot Stool:
Deck: one piece with front, back, and both ends flanged down
Plate: spot-welded to underside of Deck
Frame: one piece; formed into rectangular shape; ends are butted and fully heli-arc welded; welds are ground smooth and polished to a uniform finish; Frame is spot welded to front, back, and end flanges of Deck creating a retaining edge to frame the Mat
Legs/Deck Support: one piece; bends are mandrill-bent for wrinkle-free bends; two Legs/Deck Supports are butted together and heli-arc welded creating unitized Legs; unitized Legs are heli-arc welded to Deck's underside Plate (welds are concealed)
Mat: laminated to Deck's top surface flush with Frame's retaining edge
Floor Tips: inserted onto ends of Legs
