These Stainless Steel Classic Adjustable Mobile Racks are available with either solid or wire shelves. The shelves are adjustable to any position along the full height of the tubular legs.

Solid shelves are fabricated of 18 gauge stainless steel with a 2B finish in various lengths and widths. The front, back and ends of each shelf are flanged down with the lower edge flanged back, forming a channel for strength.

Wire shelves are fabricated grills made of .162" diameter stainless steel wire spokes on 1" centers, with .237" diameter crossmembers resistance welded at each junction. Each grill has 14 gauge stainless steel die-formed channels heli-arc welded to the front, back and ends for strength. The entire shelf is electropolished.

11 gauge stainless steel corner clamps are fastened to each corner of the shelves with four fasteners, two on each side of the tubular legs. This assures a "slip-free" fit which secures the shelves in position.

Each set of 16 gauge stainless steel 1.110" diameter tubular uprights' upper ends are capped, the lower ends are fitted with caster couplers, and both ends are welded and ground smooth. The legs are polished to a satin finish, removing any discolorations. The legs are then fitted with chrome plated swivel casters with threaded stems and 5" polyolefin wheels, four with wheel brakes. Swivel and axle bearings have seals and zerk grease fittings.
