Construction:
Support Structure:
Top:
one piece with front, back, and both ends hemmed; hemmed edges are flanged down creating a unitized top and double-thick angle frame; corners are fully heli-arc welded; welds are ground smooth and polished to a uniform finish
Brace: formed channel with hemmed edges; spot-welded to the Top's underside

External Push Handles:
Brackets:
shaped and angled to inset Push Bar ends from front and back of Top; fully heli-arc welded to Top's corners; welds are polished to a uniform finish
Push Bar: ends are fully heli-arc welded to Brackets; welds are ground smooth and polished to a uniform finish
Retaining Rail: one piece, 3-sided, with formed support ends; intermediate supports are fully heli-arc circumference-welded to Rail; Rail is fully heli-arc circumference-welded to Top; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Uprights: punched on 4.330" centers to accommodate the Shelf Supports
Shelf Supports: inserted into Uprights and fully heli-arc circumference-welded; welds are polished to a uniform finish
Uprights are fully heli-arc welded to the unitized Top and double-thick angle frame in each corner (welds are concealed)

Chassis:
Bottom Deck:
one piece with front, back, and both ends flanged down; corners are notched to fit the Upright's contour
Frame Rails: formed angles; ends are notched to fit the Upright's contour
Frame Cross Rails: formed angles; ends are notched to fit the Upright's contour
Caster Support Rails: formed channel with flanges; flanges are punched to accommodate casters
Frame Rails, Frame Cross Rails, and Caster Support Rails are fully heli-arc welded creating a one piece frame; frame is inserted into Bottom Deck to complete Chassis; Uprights are fully heli-arc welded to Chassis' notched corners; exposed welds are polished to a uniform finish creating a cart with a one piece Support Structure and Chassis
Casters: fastened to Caster Support Rails using machine screws and lock nuts

Bumper:
Insert:
slid into Channel
Channel: bends are mandrill-bent for wrinkle-free bends
Brackets: punched and formed; spot welded to Channel
Bumper is fastened to Chassis with machine screws and lock nuts
