Construction
Chassis with Cross Brace or Shelf:
Frame Members: one piece "U"-shaped; bends are mandrill-bent for wrinkle-free bends
Pail Support: one piece formed ring; fully heli-arc welded to Frame Members; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Cross Braces: formed; ends fully heli-arc circumference-welded to Frame Members; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Connecting Rail: ends are fully heli-arc circumference welded to Cross Braces; welds are buffed to a smooth, bright polished finish
Shelf: one piece with sides hemmed; hemmed edges are flanged down creating a unitized shelf and double-thick angle frame; corners are notched to fit the Frame Member contour; unitized shelf and double-thick angle frame's vertical flanges are fully heli-arc welded to Frame Members (welds are concealed)
Casters: stem-mounted into caster socket with caster socket inserted into ends of Frame Member
